The Phantom Five band in the Graveyard scene of the ride!
The Phantom Five are a group of five ghostly musicians or minstrels. They help supply the music in the graveyard to the song Grim Grinning Ghosts. From left to right, there's a cadaverous drummer who drums on a gravestone with bones, followed by a hunchback playing the flute, a ghost plays bagpipes, another plays the harp and the other plays a long horn. Their instruments being played do not reflect the real instruments played during the actual recording session of Grim Grinning Ghosts.

As seen in the Conservatory level of the Haunted Mansion videogame.
After Zeke turns on the lights in the Conservatory and captures the souls, they appear. They are the spirits who dwell in the conservatory due to them being musicians. One of the musicians quote "More Cowbell," as reference from a Saturday Night Live skit.
